The website does not automatically collect any information, except for the information contained in cookies.

c) in order to perform the Administrator’s legal obligations, m. in. Issuing invoices and accounting documents (legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) of the DPA);

(d) under Art. 6 paragraph. 1(f) RODO, i.e. based on the Administrator’s legitimate interest allowing m. in. for the assertion of possible contractual claims and defense against possible claims.

The duration of the processing of your personal data depends on the purpose for which it was collected and the wording of applicable laws. In particular, we process data related to:

a) the conclusion and performance of the contract – for the time necessary for the proper performance of the contract, and then until the expiration of the statute of limitations for possible claims;

Providing personal data for the purpose of entering into and properly performing obligations under the contract is voluntary, but necessary to establish cooperation in the services offered by the Administrator, therefore, failure to provide data to the extent required by the Administrator may result in the inability to cooperate with the Administrator.

You have the right to request from the Administrator access to your data and to receive a copy of your data, the right to rectify (amend) your data, the right to erase your data, to restrict the processing of your data, the right to object to the processing of your data, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. When processing your personal data, the Administrator does not make decisions by automated means. The administrator does not use personal data for profiling.
